Hello,If you are unable to receive an SMS or email verification code during login, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

Some SMS messages or emails may be delayed. Please wait patiently for 1–3 minutes and check again.
1.Unable to Receive SMS Verification Code
Check if your mobile number is available
- Make sure your mobile number is active, has no outstanding bills or suspension, and can receive SMS messages.
Verify that your mobile number is entered correctly
- Ensure the number entered on the login page is correct.
Check SMS blocking settings
- See if your phone has SMS blocking or spam filtering apps that may have blocked the verification code.
- Check your spam SMS folder or blocked messages folder to see if the code was intercepted.
2.Unable to Receive Email Verification Code
Verify that your email address is correct
- Ensure the email address entered on the login page is accurate to avoid failed delivery.
Check spam/junk or promotional email folders
- Some verification emails may be mistakenly marked as spam. Please check your spam, junk, promotional, or other folders.
Check email storage and filtering settings
- Ensure your mailbox is not full, which could prevent receiving new emails.
- Check if you have set up filtering rules or blocking functions that may intercept the verification email.
3.Still Unable to Receive the Code?
If you have tried the above steps but still cannot receive the code, please go to the “Contact Us” page in the app to submit feedback, providing your mobile number or email address. We will assist you as soon as possible.
